3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your profile and treatment requests
- •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password
- •Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- •Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or service providers
- •Report any fraudulent activity or unauthorized account access immediately
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data systems

6. Payment Terms

- •You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for services rendered
- •Prices and fees are subject to change with notice
- •Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and individual service agreements
- •Payment information is encrypted and securely stored
Billing and Invoicing:
You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account. Hospitals and agencies receive invoices and financial reports through their dedicated dashboards.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform Content:
- •All content on MedExplore and MediMe, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the proprietary property of MedExplore Health Technologies
- •You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose
- •You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
- •You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of our platform

User-Generated Content:
By uploading medical documents, test results, or other content, you retain ownership but grant MedExplore a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this content to provide and improve our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- •MedExplore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
- •We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination
Termination by You:

Termination by MedExplore:

- •We may terminate accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey for the resolution of any dispute.
